Borehole, Ado Odo Otta - In a bid to connect with the people and listen to their concerns, Honourable Kareem Tolani, KTO, has taken his campaign to the grassroots, meeting with APC party faithfuls at Borehole area along the Oju Ore Illogbo axis. The visit was a significant moment for the community, with KTO receiving a warm welcome from residents.


Honourable Olowokere, a prominent member of the community, expressed the community's appreciation for KTO's visit, stating that it's the first time an aspirant has visited the area despite its significant voting capacity of almost 9,000. "This has given us assurance that once victory is achieved, the area will benefit greatly," he said.


Barrister Adesanya, another community leader, praised KTO's humility and dedication to engaging with party stakeholders. "We requested that you come to our midst, and out of your very tight schedule, you made it here. This shows how humble you are," he said. "I have not seen other aspirants going from one place to another, not to talk of going to the grassroots. All they do is make social media noise and throw banters at their opponents. You have really showed that you want to represent the people."


In his response, KTO apologized for shifting an earlier scheduled meeting due to tight schedules and promised not to let the community down if given the opportunity. "I want you to know that we have many Otta indigenes abroad who don't even want to be associated with Otta again because we don't have good representatives," he said. "I was almost discouraged when I made my intention known, but the vision I have to develop Ado Odo Otta is what makes me stand on my feet."


As KTO concluded his visit, the community pledged their full support, eager to see him emerge victorious in the 2027 elections and bring development to Ado Odo Otta. With his message of grassroots engagement and people-centric leadership, KTO is poised to make a lasting impact in the hearts of the people.
