Platform Of Educators And Private School Owners Set The Pace, Organize Unified Exams For It Pupils In Ogun State
Platform of educators and private school owners, Ogun state chapter held it yearly unified examination on Saturday 3rd of July 2021 at Crawford university Lusada Ogun state.
A total of 346 primary school pupils from 54 different private schools in Ado Odo Ota local government sat for this year's exam.
Speaking with the president of the association, Kayode Oladokun, he explained that the exam was to prepare the pupils for the state government placement examination while those who wish to go to a private secondary school can use the result of the unified exam to gain entry into private secondary schools in the state.
Our correspondent who visited the exam center spoke with some of the pupils who sat for the exams. The pupils expressed confidence in facing future examination challenges.
The president further explained that the first unified exam organized by the association was held in September 2019.
When asked if the government is aware of such examination, the president said the government is aware of the examination and that the result of the exam can't be used to gain entry into public secondary schools.
Platform of educators and Private school owners was founded on 16th May, 2018 and is duly registered with the Federal government of Nigeria under the able leadership of Kayode Oladokun.
