5,000 Ogun Undergraduates to Benefit from Sen. Adeola's Scholarship Scheme






Physical Screening of Shortlisted Candidates Begins Feb 26


ILARO - No fewer than 5,000 undergraduates from Ogun State will soon receive financial relief courtesy of Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola's Scholarship Scheme.


According to a statement signed by the Board Secretary, Ajiroba Dapo Oke, the over 5,000 shortlisted candidates are in two categories of Scholarship and Bursary Awards that cater for students of all approved public tertiary institutions in Nigeria.


The physical screening of the candidates is scheduled to take place from Wednesday, February 26 to Saturday, March 1 at the Asade Agunloye Pavilion, Ilaro.


To qualify for the scholarship, students must have a minimum of Second Class Upper or Upper Credit and above, while the bursary award is open to all confirmed students of tertiary institutions who applied.


Candidates are required to bring specific documents, including evidence of CGPA, admission letters, and identity cards for scholarship applicants, and evidence of local government of origin, identity cards, and admission letters for bursary applicants.


The scholarship scheme is designed to support brilliant and financially disadvantaged students in Ogun State.
