SPIRITUAL FEAST: CCC, Hebrew Cathedral, Idi Iroko Feasts on God's Goodness at 2nd Annual Harvest!

 



Idi Iroko, Ogun State - The Celestial Church of Christ, Hebrew Cathedral, Central District, held its 2nd annual harvest and thanksgiving service on Sunday, December 29, 2024. The event took place at the church premises, bringing together members and well-wishers to give thanks and celebrate the past year.


This year's harvest theme, "Those That Walk in Darkness," served as a poignant reminder of the importance of faith and perseverance in the face of adversity. The theme was reflected in the various prayers, hymns, and sermons delivered during the service.



The highlight of the event was the sermon delivered by the Reverend EMF Osofa, Pastor and Spiritual Head of the Celestial Church of Christ worldwide. Reverend Osofa's message was a powerful call to faith, encouraging the congregation to trust in God's guidance and provision, even in times of uncertainty.


The chief host, Venerable Senior Superior Evangelist Abayomi Ojoola Adetula, was beaming with joy throughout the service. His evident delight was a testament to the success of the event and the spirit of gratitude that filled the congregation.


The event was exceptionally well-attended by very important and influential personalities from Nigeria and abroad, including dignitaries, business leaders, and government officials. Additionally, numerous Celestial faithfuls from across Nigeria converged on Idi Iroko to participate in the joyous celebration.


The harvest and thanksgiving service provided a platform for the congregation to reflect on the past year, acknowledging the challenges faced and the blessings received. It was also an opportunity to express gratitude to God for His guidance, protection, and provision.


Despite the solemn theme, the service was marked by joy, music, and dancing, as the congregation celebrated the goodness of God. The event was a testament to the strength and resilience of the Celestial Church of Christ community in Idi Iroko.


As the congregation looked to the future, they were reminded of the importance of continued faith, prayer, and service to others. The harvest and thanksgiving service served as a call to action, encouraging members to remain steadfast in their commitment to their faith and community.
