Meet Prince Akinola Abayomi Bamisebi, The Strong And Possible Candidate For The Vacant Onitele Stool.


 



Prince Akinola Abayomi Bamisebi is one of the strong candidates contesting the for the vacant stool of Onitele Of Itele Awori Kingdom. 

He was born into the Bamisebi family by Prince Abiodun Akionla Bamisebi of Ilekemo compound, Itele Awori Kingdom while his mother is Mrs Sherifat Akionla. 

Prince Akinola Abayomi Bamisebi is by birth and right entitled to the throne, he belongs to all the seven ruling compounds in Itele Awori Kingdom. He mentioned the compounds as, Ilegbede compound, Iliwo compound, Isumba compound, Ipotobo compound, Ilegun compound and Ijagono compound. 

The first crowned monarch in Itele Kingdom, Oba Amosu was the grandfather to Prince Akionla Abayomi. 

Monarchs that have reigned after Oba Amosu are Oba Amore, Oba Ogabi, Oba Arowofela, Oba Aro, Oba Olaforikanre, Oba Oyekan and Oba Jimoh Arowolo. 


According to ruling gazette, Iliwo ruling house produced the last monarch in Itele kingdom which means, Ilekemo ruling house which Prince Akinola Abayomi belongs to is the next to produce the King whom is to occupy the vacant Onitele Stool. 

Part of the developmental vision of Prince Akionla Abayomi includes, provision of jobs for the unemployed youths, facilitation of construction of good roads for the good people of Itele Awori Kingdom, resuscitation of Itele Awori International market, facilitation of modern hospital for the good people of Itele Awori Kingdom and provision of adequate security which will be done by providing necessary modern day security gadgets and upgrade of facilities at the Itele divisional police headquarters. 

He has been tested on so many occasions and indeed, he has proven to be a trusted prince hence the massive support he has gotten from members of Ilekemo ruling house. 

A further visit to the family house, The Daily News Advocate met with the father of Prince Abayomi and he shed more lights into the matter.

According to Prince Abiodun Bamisebi, he affirmed that Prince Abayomi was entitled to the throne and that past monarchs in Itele Kingdom all belonged to the same father, Alagbeji who founded Itele kingdom. 

While speaking further, prince Abayomi said there is nothing like Adogun Atele in Itele kingdom and that the name was only formed because of land dispute. 

There is only 7 compounds in Itele kingdom which Adogun Atele is not part of. 


The leader of Adogun Atele is Akapo and he's from Ilegbede. What really happened was that when there was dispute between Akapo and Arowolo, Itele people did not support Akapo hence , he revolted against the people and hired some strangers whom today called themselves Adogun Atele.


The father also affirmed that prince Akinola Abayomi is one of the strong contestants to fill the vacant stool of the Onitele Of Itele Awori Kingdom and that Ilekemo ruling house are fully behind his ambition.
