BREAKING: COURT RETURNS BABA IJESHA TO POLICE CUSTODY, CASE TO BE HEARD IN HIGH COURT


Report reaching Daily Advocate news is that the popular Yoruba comedian Lanre Omiyinka popularly known as Baba Ijesha today appeared in court over allegations of molesting a minor. 

Baba Ijesha who have been in police custody since April 2021 will have to still remain in police custody as the magistrate who presided over the case says the case will be transferred to Lagos State high court for further hearing as the Lagos state government has taken over the case. 

The magistrate thereby ordered that Baba Ijesha be remanded in police custody pending the high court hearing and that proper care should be giving to him while in police custody.
